Homeland Security took over the Secret Service a few years back and since has gutted the Secret Service. Homeland Security, what I have called a total joke, incompetent, and a bunch of idiots get most of the blame since they can't manage a paper bag, much less the Secret Service. Homeland Security will have their normal excuses ready to go and blame some poor scapegoat and ruin his career.
