California is a joke. It will be the first state in the history of the United States to declare bankruptcy. I mentioned this one year ago and I was right on the money. People pilfered the state and now they just move to another state to avoid huge taxes that just got passed into law. Workers that can move have moved. All these people leaving the state is a huge drain and has left California unable to collect the revenue it needs. There is little hope left for California.
