Wells Fargo files suit against themselves. They own the first mortgage and are suing the holder of the second mortgage, which is Wells Fargo. The funny part is they hired a lawyer to defend themselves! The defense lawyer filed against the complaint, "Defendant admits that it is the owner and holder of a mortgage encumbering the subject real property".
